🎯 Role Overview
You will be responsible for rapid talent acquisition and foundational HR processes, starting with aggressive hiring targets.
Your first mission:
👉 Recruit and onboard 20+ high-quality candidates within 10 days.
This is not a traditional HR role.
This is a growth-critical recruitment leadership role.
✅ Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition (Primary Focus)
* Design and execute high-volume recruitment campaigns.
* Source candidates globally using:
* LinkedIn, Indeed, Upwork, Telegram, WhatsApp groups
* Headhunting, referrals, databases, communities
* Build fast hiring pipelines for:
* Sales Closers
* Lead Generation Specialists
* Customer Support / Retention
* Compliance & Operations roles
* Conduct rapid screening, interviews, and shortlisting.
* Coordinate onboarding and documentation.
HR & Team Building (Secondary Focus)
* Build scalable hiring processes and systems.
* Implement basic HR frameworks (KPIs, performance tracking, contracts).
* Improve candidate experience and employer branding.
* Work closely with leadership to forecast hiring needs.
🧠 Required Profile (Strict)
We are looking for someone who:
* Has proven experience in high-volume recruitment.
* Has successfully hired 15–50+ people in short timeframes.
* Understands sales, B2C, call center, and digital roles.
* Is data-driven, fast, and execution-focused.
* Can work independently and under pressure.
* Is comfortable hiring internationally.
💎 Strong Advantage:
* Experience in fintech, crypto, call centers, or fast-scaling startups.
* Existing recruiter network or talent pool.
* Experience building teams in multiple countries.
🌍 Preferred (but not mandatory):
* International background (non-local markets experience).
* Fluent English (additional languages like Russian, Ukrainian, Spanish, Portuguese are a plus).
