**Position:** UI Engineer Python

**Main Responsibilities:**
* Review code written by peers and receive feedback on your own code.
* Manage medium to large-sized tasks or features assigned by senior engineers.
* Occasionally perform research or develop prototypes for new ideas, frameworks, or technologies.
* Partner with Product/User Experience designers to create excellent customer experiences.
* Diagnose and fix software defects or bugs.
* Understand and utilize software development tools including version control, building processes, debuggers, and test frameworks for C#, .NET Core, Python, Java, C++, TypeScript/React, Angular, JavaScript.
* Use Github, Azure, SOAP/REST web service APIs.
* Utilize AWS services (OpenSearch, Lambda, DynamoDB, Kinesis, RDS, ECS, and others).
* Work with Redis, NoSQL.
* Work with Microsoft SQL Server.
**Requirements:**
* 2+ years of experience developing user interfaces for commercial software in Python.
* Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a closely related field.
* Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
* Solid understanding of popular web protocols, including HTTP 1.1, HTTP/2, WSS, TLS.
* Data visualization experience using charting frameworks, data grids, and large data sets.
* Advanced CSS skills, including compiled CSS (SASS/SCSS) and responsive design.
* Experience developing web applications, working with databases, and consuming APIs.
* Strong understanding of browser fundamentals, including HTML5, Javascript, CSS, AJAX.
* Experience with a JavaScript framework such as React, Angular or Vue.
* Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
