**Job Title:** Senior Java Developer

**Job Description:**
* Design API-first, event-driven workflows for the lending lifecycle.
* Build and evolve backend services in Java.
* Contribute to frontend work 10-20% of the time using React for internal tools.
* Drive fast delivery using AI-assisted development.
* Work closely with product and QA to ship quality from day one.
**Requirements:**
* 6+ years of backend or full-stack engineering experience.
* Strong hands-on Java expertise.
* React experience required (Angular-only profiles will not fit).
* Experience building API-centric, integration-heavy systems.
* Solid understanding of event-driven and distributed systems.
* Experience with PostgreSQL and Docker.
* Strong ownership mindset and architectural thinking.
