**Job Title:** Team Lead for Front-end Web App Team

**Job Description:**
Flutter CEE is seeking a Team Lead for their Front-end Web Application team. This role involves leading, mentoring, and guiding a team of engineers and QA specialists to deliver high-quality, performant, and scalable web applications and content management solutions within a monorepo environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* **Technical Leadership & Guidance:**
* Ensure technical quality, design integrity, and robust implementation of frontend and CMS components, including APIs.
* Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the team, promoting best practices in ReactJS, Node.js (NestJS), PHP (Laravel), web testing, and CI/CD.
* Actively participate in technical design discussions and resolve complex technical challenges.
* Oversee code quality and foster a culture of peer code reviews.
* Serve as a technical escalation point for the team.
* **Team Leadership & People Management:**
* Act as the direct line manager for technical team members (Principal Engineers, Frontend Developers, Backend Developers, QA Engineers, QA Automation Engineers).
* Support team members’ growth and development through regular 1:1s, goal setting, feedback, and performance reviews.
* Cultivate a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing team environment.
* Collaborate with the Scrum Master to manage team capacity, task allocation, and workload distribution.
* Analyze team performance reports to identify and implement areas for improvement.
* **Quality Assurance & Automation Oversight:**
* Partner with QA leadership to define, implement, and oversee effective testing strategies.
* Guide and support QA Automation Engineers in building and refining automation frameworks.
* Promote a strong culture of quality throughout the development lifecycle.
* **Collaboration & Communication:**
* Represent the team’s technical capabilities and needs in broader engineering discussions.
* Communicate regularly with the Head of Engineering on team progress and challenges.
* Collaborate with Product Owners and UX/UI Designers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
**Qualifications:**
* 5+ years of experience in web application development, with at least 2+ years in a senior or lead role.
* 1+ years of leadership experience (direct line management is a strong plus).
* Proven expertise in ReactJS.
* Strong experience with NestJS (TypeScript).
* Familiarity with PHP Laravel framework and Node.js API development.
* Solid understanding of web application architecture patterns, API design, and database interactions.
* Experience with monorepo setups.
* Experience with testing methodologies and tools, CI/CD pipelines, and Git.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and mentoring skills.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile, and collaborative environment.
* Fluency in English.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
* Experience with CMS platforms beyond Laravel.
* Prior experience in the iGaming industry.
* Experience working in a Tribe-based organizational structure.
