FortuneJack, with over 10 years of experience in the gambling industry, is looking for a talented Senior Back-end Developer to join their team and help reach the next level.
**Responsibilities:**
* Work with Go (Golang) and Postgresql.
* Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable GoLang code.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
* Build testable solutions.
* Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to mitigate and address them.
* Make strategic technical decisions related to new products and functionalities.
* Help maintain code quality.
* Optimize the application for maximum speed and scalability.
* Take smart risks and champion new ideas.
* Actively participate in code reviews to maintain development standards.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and product architecture.
**Requirements:**
* 3+ years of web development experience.
* Experience working with RESTful web services and API development.
* Demonstrated ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
* Familiarity with database technologies (SQL, NoSQL).
* Excited about deploying to production and collaborating daily with the team and other groups via a distributed model.
* Comfortable with iterative and incremental development.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Willingness to help teammates, share knowledge, and learn from them.
* Open to receiving feedback.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
**Desired Skills:**
* Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
* Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git.
* Understanding of web security mechanisms and best practices.
