Your Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to customer requests via Email, Google Play, and App Store channels
* Provide clear, friendly, and timely assistance to users
* Identify, document, and escalate technical issues or potential bugs to the development team
* Maintain accurate and organized records of customer interactions
* Follow internal support guidelines to ensure consistency and high-quality communication
* Monitor user feedback and suggest improvements to enhance the support process

Requirements
* Basic understanding of Google Play / App Store processes
* Strong written English communication skills
* Prior experience in online customer support
* Responsible, reliable, and proactive work ethic
* Strong time management and ability to handle multiple inquiries efficiently
