About the Role
Requirements:
Develop creative and engaging game concepts tailored for children
Design and present mockups and prototypes in visually appealing formats
Lead and actively contribute to brainstorming sessions across the team
Refine and balance gameplay mechanics within Unity 3D
Provide clear, actionable feedback to developers and artists to ensure design intent is achieved
Continuously analyze and improve game features based on feedback and performance metrics
Bonus Skills:
Familiarity with C# programming
Experience working with animations, particle effects, and sound design
Responsibilities:
Solid understanding of game design principles and player experience
Proven creativity and passion for designing fun, educational, and accessible games
Previous experience in the gaming industry in a similar role
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Knowledge of the Unity 3D editor and how design translates into implementation
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with developers, artists, and other designers
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Enthusiasm and a deep interest in the gaming industry
