**Job Title:** Motion Designer (Spine & Unity)

**Job Description:**
[Founder] is a tech company focused on creating and scaling its own products, particularly in the digital educational games industry with their successful platform, Bebi Family. They are looking for a Motion Designer to join their team.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Animate characters, props, and environments using Spine.
* Integrate animations into Unity, ensuring smooth transitions and optimized performance.
* Collaborate with designers and artists to define the visual language of motion.
* Maintain consistency with the brand’s playful, educational, and family-friendly tone.
* Work with developers to test, adjust, and fine-tune animations within Unity.
* Create motion effects for UI, interactive elements, and game moments.
**Requirements:**
* Experience with After Effects or other motion tools.
* Understanding of children’s content aesthetics and storytelling.
* Basic knowledge of Unity’s addressable assets, prefabs, and animation controllers.
**Nice to Have:**
* Proven experience in 2D animation, preferably in games.
* Strong skills in Spine and Unity animation workflow.
* Understanding of timing, appeal, and motion principles.
* Creativity, attention to detail, and a good sense of rhythm and emotion.
* Ability to work closely with a team of artists, designers, and developers.
* Good communication and collaboration skills.
