Your Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to customer requests through Email and Google Play/App Store channels
* Provide clear, friendly, and timely assistance to users
* Identify, document, and escalate technical issues to relevant teams
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
* Follow internal guidelines and best practices to ensure consistent support quality
* Monitor feedback and propose improvements to the support process
* Collaborate with development and product teams to resolve issues efficiently
Bonus Skills:
* Experience with mobile apps and troubleshooting on iOS/Android
* Technical background or understanding of software systems
* Multilingual skills (especially Spanish or Portuguese)
* Basic understanding of app stores (Google Play/App Store) processes
