FTD Solutions Inc. is seeking a talented Full Stack Software Engineer to join our team. This role will focus on building and maintaining our platform with a strong emphasis on quality, performance, and security. As a core member, you will plan, develop, and shape our platform, tackle complex design challenges, and implement platform-wide features.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop, test, and maintain scalable and secure full-stack platform. (Written in PHP, React, Python, Mysql, Docker)
* Collaborate with team members to implement new features and improve existing functionality
* Conduct code reviews, bugfix, and perform refactoring as needed
* Apply backend best tools, frameworks and practices to streamline feature development processes and maintain high velocity
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Available for middle and senior engineers
* 2+ years of experience in backend and frontend development
* AQA, CICD experience is a must
* DDD is a must for a senior profile
* Algorithmic skills is a huge plus
* Math background is a huge plus
* Multilingualism(PHP, Python, React, JS) is a strong plus
* Fluent English is required, Ukrainian or Russian language is an advantage
Foundational Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset
* Persistence, flexibility, strong ability to learn
Interview Stages:
* Candidate questions, online coding, 1 coding exercise light complexity, voluntarily 1 medium complexity
* Open form conversation focused on candidate’s experience, cultural fit
* Homework, time spent compensated should the candidate pass
* Homework code review
