**QA Tester & Technical Documentation Specialist**
📍 Location: Tbilisi, Atoneli Str
You will primarily work independently from our FUGO office in Tbilisi, while collaborating remotely with our team in London.
**Position:** Full-time
**Salary:** GEL 4,000 – 5,000 Gross
**About FUGO**
Fugo, a digital signage software startup rooted in London, is looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team and help us tackle a mix of existing initiatives and new sales territory.
As we scale, we’re looking for a **QA Tester & Technical Documentation Specialist** to help build a robust testing environment, ensure top-notch product quality, and support our customers with well-structured self-help guides.
**What You’ll Do**
* **Build and maintain a test lab** with various screens and media players to test FUGO’s production and staging environments.
* **Run functional and performance testing** on new features developed by our team.
* **Create media player and screen benchmarks** to evaluate compatibility, performance, and reliability.
* **Write technical self-help guides** to assist users in troubleshooting and understanding FUGO’s platform.
* **Customer Support**
**What We’re Looking For**
* Excellent English speaking and writing
* Familiarity with scripting/programming languages or automation tools for testing.
* Familiarity with **testing methodologies, debugging tools, and hardware/software integration**.
* Ability to set up and manage a **test environment with multiple screens and devices**.
* Strong technical writing skills to create **clear and concise self-help guides**.
* Basic **photo and media handling** experience.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Minimum BSc in Sciences
* Previous experience in technical support or customer documentation.
