**About The Role:**
Seeking an experienced Team Lead for the Campaign Pages team. This role involves leading the development of a complex donation landing page that supports numerous payment methods, multiple languages (including RTL), country-specific payment flows, and extensive A/B testing. The company has a strong team and roadmap but needs a technical leader.

**What You’ll Do:**
* Lead a team of 3-5 Fullstack developers.
* Write and review code (approx. 70% management, 30% coding).
* Ensure team adherence to company processes and engineering guidelines.
* Own feature delivery and meet deadlines.
* Make technical decisions, prepare technical designs, and align with other teams and management.
* Manage technical debt and the team’s technical backlog.
* Mentor and develop engineers, conduct 1:1 meetings.
* Onboard new team members.
* Conduct performance reviews.

**Requirements:**
* 10+ years of software development experience, with at least 2 years as a Team Lead or Engineering Manager for a team of 5-10 developers.
* Hands-on leadership with coding ability, sound technical decision-making, and thoughtful system design.
* Strong people management skills (hiring, coaching, feedback, conflict resolution).
* Minimum 3 years of Fullstack Developer experience.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in product companies using TypeScript, Node.js, MongoDB, Kafka, Redis.
* Experience in fast-growing companies or startups is a plus.
* English level B2+ (ability to discuss technical topics confidently).
