Experience: 8-10+ years in product (with 5+ direct reports)
Location: Remote (core hours 9:00–18:00 CET)

Platform Details:
The platform serves nonprofits, donors, and partners globally. It includes a checkout experience, customizable widgets, donor, organization, and partner portals, admin tools, and internal apps. The technology stack comprises Node.js (Koa, NestJS) and MongoDB for the backend, with Webpack, Vue.js, and React (almost all TypeScript) for the frontend. They use Kafka for messaging and background processing, ClickHouse for analytics data, and Elasticsearch for search.

Team:
The team is distributed, with over 120 product professionals including 35+ engineers, primarily located in Spain, Poland, Portugal, Georgia, Armenia, Serbia, Turkey, and Cyprus. They emphasize collaboration, strong engineering practices, and a product mindset.

About The Role:
As the Group Product Manager, Donor Experience, you will lead the vision, strategy, and execution for donor-facing products. You will manage a team of Product Owners (initially 4-6) and foster a culture of experimentation and data-driven decision-making. The role involves close partnership with Engineering, Design, and Go-to-Market teams to launch new capabilities that enhance the donor journey, improve conversion, and drive revenue growth.

Donor Experience Focus:
This role encompasses all donor interactions with the platform, from initial campaign page clicks to checkout, donor portal, and new features like peer-to-peer giving and bundled donations. The goal is to maintain Fundraise Up as a leader in digital fundraising with best-in-class conversion, speed, accessibility, and global payments.

Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Outcomes:
– Define and execute a multi-quarter strategy and roadmap for the Donor Experience (checkout, widgets, pages, donor portal, new donor-facing products).
– Lead continuous discovery through customer interviews, data analysis, and identifying core differentiators.
– Manage an experimentation engine (A/B tests, UX optimization, upsell/cross-sell mechanics) to improve conversion, ARPV, ARPS, and time-to-value.
– Balance product scale and flexibility to enable enterprise growth.

Execution & Quality:
– Lead cross-functional delivery with Engineering, Design, and Analytics for reliable, high-performing, accessible experiences.
– Establish business cases, acceptance criteria, and launch playbooks.
– Monitor production performance and iterate based on feedback.

Team Leadership:
– Hire, mentor, and develop Product Owners, establishing operating rituals and coaching for product thinking.
– Grow leaders capable of running autonomous pods and representing the product effectively.

GTM & Stakeholder Partnership:
– Partner with Sales, Solutions, CS, Support, and Marketing to equip them with product information.
– Participate in strategic customer conversations and present product vision.
– Communicate trade-offs clearly and keep stakeholders aligned.

Skills And Qualifications:
– 8–10+ years in Product Management with 3+ years leading PMs/POs.
– Enterprise B2B/B2B2C platform experience (SaaS/fintech/payments/e-commerce) with exposure to pre-sales/RFPs.
– Proven track record of delivering measurable uplift in conversion, revenue, and adoption.
– Strong analytical judgment and decision-making skills related to CR, ARPV/ARPS, adoption, and time-to-value.
– Communication: English C1.
– Ability to work remotely within 9:00–18:00 CET, with occasional travel.

Bonus Points:
– Experience with payments, accessibility, localization, or CRM/marketing integrations.
– Background in remote-first, distributed teams and enterprise customer environments.
– Familiarity with donor ecosystems (nonprofit, giving, peer-to-peer) or membership/recurring mechanics.

– Measurable uplift in CR and ARPV/ARPS from launched experiments and capabilities.
– Successful launch of 2-3 pivotal donor-facing products with strong adoption.
– Established operating system for quarterly strategy reviews, discovery pipeline, and delivery.
– Strong GTM alignment and clear competitive positioning.
– Development of a strong Product Owner team with autonomous pods.
