Frontend Developer: an engineer who builds trust between code, business, and users

Salary: $4500-5500 gross

Role mission:
Create a sustainable, testable, and scalable frontend ecosystem for the project—
one where every feature and every release confirms Gehtsoft’s reliability, performance, and engineering culture.
Key results:
🔸3 months
Implements 40%+ of the frontend per sprint. Eliminates technical debt, all new code passes CI and is covered by tests (80% unit). Conducts releases, supports mobile updates, and monitors Sentry.
🔸6 months:
FE documentation and architecture are standardized. 90%+ of tasks are closed in ≤5 days. Conducts demos, updates dependencies, 100% code review without critical bugs.
🔸12 months:
FE and mobile technical debt eliminated. Automated tests cover real scenarios, browser updates according to SLA, RCA < 2/quarter. Cross-platform UI Kit created for all subsystems.Requirements:
🔸 7+ years in frontend development (TypeScript)
🔸 3+ years of experience with Vue3
🔸 Strong knowledge of OAuth / OpenID / SSO
🔸 Experience with TDD, Jest/Vitest, Cypress, understanding of the test pyramid
🔸 Deep knowledge of JavaScript (native), OOP, SOLID
🔸 Experience with PWA, Service Workers, SCSS/HTML5, Agile/Scrum
🔸 Mobile experience (Kotlin or Swift) — Junior/Mid levelWould be a plus: AWS, React, Java, Docker, CI/CD
