We partner with leading companies in the industrial and technology sectors to help them build exceptional teams. We are currently seeking a talented and driven Freelance Recruiter to join our network on a part-time basis and support our operations in Georgia.
**The Role:**
This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Freelance Recruiter to manage a diverse portfolio of vacancies across both the industrial and technology sectors. This is a **part-time, flexible role** perfect for a recruitment professional looking to manage their own schedule. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and engage top-tier candidates for a variety of roles on behalf of our partners.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* **Proactively source and attract qualified candidates** for roles in the **industrial, manufacturing, and technology sectors.** This includes, but is not limited to, production personnel, engineers, sales staff, software developers, IT support specialists, and other tech-focused positions.
* Utilize a variety of sourcing channels, including online job boards, professional networks (like LinkedIn), tech communities, and direct sourcing methods to find active and passive candidates.
* Conduct screening of candidates to assess their qualifications, technical skills, and cultural fit for our partners’ needs.
**Requirements:**
* Background in **both industrial/manufacturing and technology sectors.**
* **Native Georgian language proficiency is required.**
* Fluency in Russian is a strong asset.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Familiarity with the Georgian job market and recruitment landscape for both industrial and tech talent.
* A proactive and independent work ethic.
