We are looking for a versatile Full-Stack Developer with hands-on DevOps capabilities to join our engineering team in an offshore capacity. The role is roughly split 50% product development / 50% infrastructure — you will build features across our Python and Node.js backend services, React + TypeScript frontend, and MongoDB/PostgreSQL data layer, while also owning deployment pipelines, containerization, and cloud infrastructure on GCP.
**DEVELOPMENT (~50%)**
Backend Development — Build and maintain RESTful APIs and services using Python (FastAPI / Flask) and Node.js (Express / NestJS).
Frontend Development: Develop responsive UI features with React and TypeScript; maintain component libraries and state management.
Database Work — Design schemas, write queries and migrations across MongoDB and PostgreSQL; tune performance.
SaaS Features — Own end-to-end delivery of product features — from spec to production — in a B2B SaaS environment.
Code Quality — Write clean, tested code; participate in code reviews
**DEVOPS & INFRASTRUCTURE (~50%)**
Cloud Infrastructure — Deploy and maintain GCP-based infrastructure
Containerization — Build and manage Docker images, registries, and containerized workloads.
Orchestration — Set up and operate Kubernetes clusters; manage workloads, networking, and scaling.
Automation & CI/CD — Develop pipelines and IaC scripts to automate deployments and reduce manual toil.
IT & Security Ops — Handle networking, access management, secrets, and environment setup with a security-first mindset.
