**Job Title:** Solution Architect

**Job Description:**
JSC Georgian Card is seeking a Solution Architect to join their team. The role involves producing test plans, developing proofs of concept, identifying and mitigating project risks, and documenting technical constraints and requirements. The Solution Architect will be responsible for creating detailed designs for implementation, including solution design documents and system architecture documents, as well as detailed component specifications.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Produce test plans to prove project feasibility and keep them updated.
* Develop proofs of concept to validate solutions.
* Identify project risks and propose alternative solutions.
* Document technical constraints and requirements.
* Create detailed designs for implementation.
* Produce solution design documents (SDD).
* Produce system architecture documents.
* Produce detailed component specifications.
**Qualifications:**
* Solution definition and problem-solving capabilities.
* Practical experience in project management.
* Ability to analyze and plan required tasks for project completion.
* Skills in collecting and analyzing requirements and agreeing with stakeholders.
* Experience in analyzing process design documents.
* Experience in analyzing functional design documents/solution design documents.
* Ability to analyze and create end-to-end business processes.
* Capacity for deep dives and analysis of processes/products in short terms.
* Ability to create increment acceptance criteria and agree with dependent squads/vendors.
* Proficiency in creating solution design documents (SDD) and software architecture diagrams (C4 Framework).
* Experience in creating Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN), Functional Requirements Documents, or Software Requirements Specifications Documents.
* Ability to generate tech-increments and tasks for development teams.
* Skills in identifying and managing dependencies.
* Ability to create test scenarios and support test case validation processes.
* Capability to measure and define optimal configurations and components for products or services.
* Experience in participating in programs as a Program SA.
* Involvement in backlog definition and epic/user story prioritization.
* Ability to provide SA coaching, support, and mentorship, including Solution Reviews.
* Act as a team leader in initiative implementation processes.
* Ability to operate independently without a mentor.
* Possess a long-term vision of product development/goals.
* Ability to create programs that run on a specific environment without user interaction and solve issues/tasks.
* Ability to create modules/sets of programs that fit the functional requirements of new features/business needs and coding/tech patterns.
* Ability to create independent systems that solve issues with manageable business processes/solutions and fit functional & technical requirements designed and developed by Layered (N-Tier) Architecture patterns.
* Strong understanding of tech stack feasibility.
