The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for driving end-to-end recruitment for Finance, Operations, and Commercial roles while acting as a strategic advisor to the business. This role partners closely with hiring managers to deliver high-quality talent, provide market insights, and support workforce planning in a fast-paced, growing environment.

What can you expect your day to look like?
* Own and drive end-to-end recruitment for Finance, Operation, and Commercial roles, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality hires.
* Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers by providing market insights, talent availability data, and strategic recruitment recommendations.
* Proactively build and manage strong talent pipelines across business functions.
* Leverage diverse sourcing channels including job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, niche communities, and industry events.
* Ensure a transparent, professional, and engaging candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment journey.
* Partner closely with business leaders on workforce planning, role definition, competency frameworks, and assessment approaches.
* Use ATS data and recruitment analytics to track performance, optimize processes, and continuously improve efficiency and scalability.

What do we expect from you?
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
* Minimum 3+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience, with a strong focus on Finance, Operations, and Commercial roles.
* Proven expertise in sourcing, assessing, and hiring mid- to senior-level business professionals.
* Solid understanding of Finance and Commercial functions, role requirements, and local/international talent markets.
* Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence, advise, and partner with business leaders.
