About the Role
As a Go Backend Developer at GlamAI, you will be responsible for building and maintaining scalable backend systems that power our AI-based video and image generation platform. You will collaborate closely with frontend developers, AI/ML teams, and product managers to deliver high-performance solutions. Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services for AI-driven video and image generation.
Work closely with AI/ML engineers to integrate algorithms into production systems.
Optimize backend systems for performance and scalability to handle high volumes of requests.
Collaborate with the frontend and mobile app teams to ensure seamless integration of backend services.
Implement robust security measures to safeguard user data and system integrity.
Monitor and troubleshoot backend systems to ensure high availability and reliability.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving coding standards across the team.
Qualifications
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in backend development, particularly in building scalable and reliable systems.
Proven experience with cloud-based platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and microservices architecture.
Experience in working with AI/ML-driven applications is a plus.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Go programming language
Knowledge of Python will be an added advantage, but not a requirement
Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and caching solutions.
Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.
Familiarity with message brokers like RabbitMQ or Kafka.
Additional Skills (Preferred):
Knowledge of video processing technologies (FFmpeg, OpenCV) is an advantage.
Experience with serverless architectures and event-driven systems.
Hands-on experience with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).
