**Position:** Freelance Talent Acquisition Specialist – Live Studio & Digital Entertainment
**About The Role:**
We are expanding our recruitment network and looking for freelance recruiters to focus on hiring Live Studio Presenters and On-Camera Talent for global projects. You will manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to placement, working with high-demand roles and continuous hiring needs — all with full flexibility and autonomy.
**What You’ll Do:**
* Source and attract candidates for live studio and presenter roles
* Manage end-to-end recruitment processes
* Screen, interview, and assess candidates
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure fast and quality delivery
* Build and maintain strong talent pipelines
**What We’re Looking For:**
* Proven experience in sourcing and recruitment (high-volume preferred)
* Fluent English (mandatory)
* Strong communication and candidate management skills
* Ability to work independently in a remote environment
* Results-driven mindset with a strong focus on placements
