Goldwind, a trusted global strategic partner in clean energy, is seeking one (Senior) HSE Engineer for our wind farm construction projects in Gori, Shida Kartli Region, Georgia. The position will be open to Georgian citizens only.

Responsibilities:
* Work with Project Management Team to formulate project life cycle HSE strategy, budget, guideline and KPIs, and oversee the HSE management throughout the construction and commissioning of the project.
* Identify potential risks, such as occupational disease, workplace accident, environmental accident, asset and material damage, waste management, environmental hazard, transportation, etc., and design effective measures to minimize these risks.
* Serve as a point of contact with the local community and address their concerns.
* Supervise junior HSE engineers.
* Carry out site HSE inspections on a regular basis and identify areas for improvement to ensure the fulfillment of overall HSE KPIs.
* Conduct regular meetings with relevant internal and external stakeholders, including but not limited to, project execution team, client, EPC contractor, suppliers, subcontractors, etc.
* Ensure that all HSE-related records are well maintained.
* Conduct internal audits regularly, compile inspection reports, take corrective measures if necessary, and support external audits from the client or bank to fulfill their requirements.
* Establish safety policies and regulations to ensure workers’ safety and promote HSE awareness at all levels within the project execution team.
* Organize internal and external HSE training.
* Work with the regional HSE team to share best practices.

Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s Degree or above with local/international HSE certification.
* Georgian citizenship only.
* Proficiency in English and Microsoft Office Suite is mandatory.
* 5+ years of relevant working experience, ideally in energy, infrastructure, or construction sectors.
* Knowledgeable with International and local HSE systems and standards (such as ISO 14001 and 45001).
* Previous experience with local and international regulatory bodies.
* Valid driving license.
* A self-motivated learner with high aspiration and discipline.
