**Responsibilities:**
— Development and growth of new crypto products: from idea to MVP, scaling and optimization.
— Building the roadmap and managing the priorities of features, hypotheses, and sprints.
— Analyzing user scenarios, behavior, and data to improve UX and retention.
— Interaction with development, analytics, design, and marketing teams.
— Setting tasks in Notion/Jira, verifying implementation, accepting releases.
— Researching competitors, new trends, and technologies.
— Maintaining transparent communication with the team, stakeholders, and users.
**Requirements:**
— 3+ years of experience as a product manager in fintech projects.
— Skills in working with metrics (Retention, DAU/WAU, conversion rate, etc.).
— Ability to work with analytics (SQL, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or others).
— Experience in managing documentation, tasks, and communications in Notion, Jira, Slack, etc.
— English proficiency – from B2 level (for communication with developers, partners, exchanges).
— Proactivity, independence, attention to detail.
