**About the Role**
We’re looking for a remote Technical Recruiter to drive talent acquisition across technology, marketing, operations, and finance roles. This is a demanding, high-output role for driven professionals who thrive under pressure and deliver excellence consistently. We work hard, move fast, and maintain exceptionally high standards. Our clients depend on polished, client-ready deliverables and impeccable recruiter professionalism.
In this role, you’ll lead end-to-end recruiting campaigns: from strategic sourcing and advanced boolean searching to conducting thorough video assessments and maintaining our pre-vetted talent community. You’ll leverage AI tools, analyze global compensation data, and develop creative approaches to find exceptional candidates for hard-to-fill positions.
You’ll be part of a team focused on continuous improvement, sharing insights and best practices while maintaining rigorous data standards. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, requiring both technical understanding and strong evaluation skills to identify and assess top talent.

**Our IDEAL CANDIDATE** brings 3-5 years of experience as a *Technical Recruiter* or *Talent Acquisition Specialist*. You have strong technical fluency for evaluating candidates across domains, advanced boolean search expertise, and sharp video assessment skills. You’re exceptionally organized with meticulous documentation abilities and comfortable with data-driven processes. You bring polished English communication, high emotional intelligence for sensitive conversations, genuine care for candidate experience, and natural curiosity about different industries. You’re tech-savvy and eager to leverage AI tools while understanding when human judgment matters most, with the intellectual agility to quickly grasp complex requirements and the resilience to thrive in fast-paced environments. Most importantly, you align with our values and bring commitment to fairness and opportunity creation in recruiting.
Your performance will be measured by speed and quality of role fulfillment, sourcing effectiveness, assessment accuracy, screening judgment, and overall candidate experience ratings.
You’ll work most closely with other *Technical Recruiters*, *Operations Leads* and *Cofounders*, but will also collaborate with our *Growth* team, *Finance* team, and other teammates from our parent company’s teams. This position reports directly to the *Recruiting Operations (RecOps) Lead*.

You’ll be doing things like:
* **Requirements Analysis:** Studying job descriptions to extract core requirements; synthesizing hiring feedback to refine search criteria; developing understanding of what makes candidates successful; identifying alternative candidate backgrounds for challenging roles.
* **Strategic Talent Acquisition:** Mastering advanced boolean searches across LinkedIn and portfolio platforms; leveraging AI tools to identify exceptional candidates; analyzing global compensation data; creating targeted outreach campaigns; hunting for hidden talent on platforms like Behance and Dribbble.
* **Candidate Assessment:** Conducting thorough video screening interviews; writing detailed technical and behavioral assessment notes; evaluating competencies across diverse domains; curating pre-vetted talent pools; identifying red flags and quality indicators early.
* **Data Management:** Maintaining meticulous recruitment data hygiene; normalizing candidate information across systems; tracking global compensation trends; building efficient candidate tracking systems; documenting campaign learnings.
* **Operations & Campaign Management:** Managing end-to-end recruitment logistics; analyzing campaign metrics to drive improvements; coordinating client communications and candidate scheduling; managing multiple concurrent searches.
* **Process Innovation:** Implementing cutting-edge AI recruiting tools; suggesting automation opportunities; developing scalable solutions for common challenges; staying current with remote recruiting trends.
* **Collaboration & Growth:** Working on complex recruiting challenges with team members; sharing insights on candidate evaluations; maintaining relationships with candidates; taking initiative in improvements; participating in knowledge sharing.

**Skills & Qualifications**
* *Junior (1-2 years) or Intermediate (3-5+ years)* experience in roles such as *Technical Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or Recruiting Operations Manager*
* Proficient with global remote recruiting practices — or ability to adapt quickly
* Solid grasp of HR and recruiting best practices, coupled with mature business sense that business owners can appreciate
* Excellent, polished, clear thinking + writing — via email, Slack, emoji- and .gif-based communications πŸ€“; ability to adapt to different tones
* Stellar professional etiquette in written, phone, and video communications
* High emotional intelligence (EQ), empathetic approach to candidate relations
* Tech-savvy with quick typing speed and ability to rapidly master new software
* Strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail
* Ability to deliver consistently accurate, high-quality work both independently and collaboratively
* Self-motivated, proactive, and eager for growth opportunities
* Exceptional recruiter judgment across technical and non-technical domains
* Deep curiosity about different fields, functions, and industries

Bonus if you also have:
* Prior experience in remote recruitment or staffing focused on North American clients
* Sizable LinkedIn network of talent; partnerships with regional organizations for cross-posting; effective recruiting strategies for your region
* Understanding of worker classification types, global labor standards, tax implications, etc.
* Expertise with modern ATS and TRM platforms
* Familiarity with our tools: Google Workspace, LinkedIn, Miro, Slack, ClickUp, ChatGPT, Airtable, Calendly, Zapier, NoCode platforms, Clay.

**Position Details**
* **Full-time vs Part-time:** Full-time (40 hours/week), Exclusivity Preferred
* **Working Hours:** Fixed, 6:30AM-2:30PM Eastern Time Zone; changes with Daylight Savings Time
* **Education:** Undergraduate degree in an intellectually rigorous field
* **Level:** Intermediate (3-5 years of related work experience)
* **Compensation:** ~USD $446–669 (GEL 1.2K–1.8K) per month, based on experience. Structured as a *Consultant Agreement* (independent contractor), meaning you’ll be responsible for your own taxes, benefits, and insurance.
