UI/UX Designer
Responsibilities:
* Lead the end-to-end UI/UX design process for a single web platform
* Improve and evolve existing user flows, interfaces and overall usability
* Conduct user research, analyze insights and turn findings into actionable design solutions
* Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes and high-fidelity designs
* Ensure design consistency and maintain a scalable design system
* Collaborate closely with development and product teams to ensure smooth implementation
* Validate design decisions through usability testing and iteration
* Advocate for best UX practices and a user-first mindset across the product
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Senior UI/UX Designer working on web platforms
* Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design and problem-solving skills
* Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and usability standards
* Experience designing complex product interfaces and improving them
* Proficiency with modern design tools (e.g. Figma or similar)
* Ability to work independently, take ownership and manage priorities effectively
* Experience working in cross-functional product teams
* Strong English communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in an international work environment.
