Senior Digital Creative Designer
Key Responsibilities:
* Create banners, animated graphics, and videos for campaigns and promotions
* Update and manage content on websites and CMS platforms
* Troubleshoot layout or visual issues and propose improvements
* Collaborate with marketing and product teams to execute visual strategies
* Review output quality for consistency, brand alignment, and visual clarity
* Research tools and workflows to improve design execution and efficiency
* Document recurring issues and support process improvement efforts
Requirements:
* 3 to 5+ years of experience in digital design, motion graphics, or web publishing
* Strong portfolio with campaign-based designs and multimedia samples
* Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro
* Familiar with HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms such as WordPress
* Able to troubleshoot layout inconsistencies or formatting issues
* Comfortable managing multiple projects under minimal supervision
Great to Have:
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Fine Arts, or a related design field, with relevant coursework in:
* Graphic and Multimedia Design
* Graphics Animation
* Audio and Video Editing
* Multi-Platform Web and Applications Design
* Front-end Development: HTML, CSS, JavaScript
* Experience with 3D tools like Blender
* Exposure to UI/UX workflows or design systems
* Certifications in digital tools or web technologies
