**Job Description:**
Gvarno is seeking a talented and motivated Senior Web Designer to join their Digital Design Team. The role involves contributing to various digital projects, collaborating with a skilled team, and growing within a dynamic work environment.
**Responsibilities:**
* Execute operational and campaign-based design requests with minimal supervision.
* Create and edit banners, motion graphics, and video clips for marketing campaigns.
* Develop and maintain marketing and departmental collateral with attention to consistency and branding.
* Update and manage website content via CMS platforms, ensuring accuracy and visual alignment.
* Troubleshoot basic layout and display issues, and escalate complex cases as needed.
* Assist in researching and adopting new creative and technical strategies to support team efficiency.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to clarify creative briefs and optimize visual output.
* Contribute to maintaining a timely and organized content update schedule.
* Report and help resolve complications impacting design delivery and operational flow.
* Document learnings, common fixes, or improvements to enhance future workflows.
* Stay updated with trends and technologies in web design and multimedia production.
**Requirements:**
* 3 to 5+ years of experience in web design, digital content, or multimedia production.
* Strong portfolio showcasing a range of digital design and animation projects.
* Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro.
* Familiarity with Blender (3D asset familiarity is a plus) and Visual Studio Code (basic front-end fixes).
* Solid understanding of front-end technologies like HTML and CSS.
* Strong grasp of CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, custom CMS) and troubleshooting workflows.
* High attention to layout, animation, color balance, and design consistency.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills.
* Experience working across multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
**Great to Have:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Fine Arts, or a related design field, with relevant coursework in Graphic and Multimedia Design, Graphics Animation, Audio and Video Editing, Multi-Platform Web and Applications Design, Front-end Development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
* Certifications in digital design, front-end development, or web technologies.
* Familiarity with UI or UX workflows.
* Creative ideation and visual storytelling skills.
