**Description**
Helfy is looking for an experienced Product Designer.
**Responsibilities**
**UX Research & Strategy:**
* Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to uncover user needs and pain points.
* Translate insights into clear user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
* Define and document user personas, journey maps, and behavioral data insights.
**Interface Design**
* Design high-fidelity user interfaces for responsive web and mobile applications with attention to detail and consistency.
* Ensure accessibility, usability, and performance across all platforms.
* Develop and maintain scalable design systems and component libraries.
**Collaboration & Execution**
* Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and QA to ensure designs are implemented with precision.
* Participate in Agile processes, including planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
* Validate design decisions with data and iterate based on feedback from real users.
**Requirements**
* 4+ years of experience as a UI/UX or Product Designer, preferably in tech or startup environments.
* Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design for web and/or mobile apps (flows, systems, dashboards, etc.).
* Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, FigJam, Miro.
* Solid understanding of design thinking, user-centered design, and lean UX methodologies.
* Ability to conduct and synthesize UX research to inform design strategy.
* Knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design principles.
* Experience working with or creating design systems and documentation.
* Basic knowledge of front-end development (HTML/CSS/JS) is a plus.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to present design solutions to stakeholders.
* Fluent in English.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working in healthcare, fintech, or other regulated industries.
* Familiarity with analytics tools like Hotjar, Mixpanel, Google Analytics.
* Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG).
* Experience with user testing tools and methodologies (Maze, Useberry, etc.).
* Experience working in multi-disciplinary product teams using Agile or Scrum frameworks.
