We’re looking for a passionate and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing startup, Helfy. In this role, you’ll own end-to-end recruitment processes, partner closely with hiring managers, and play a key part in building strong, diverse teams that help shape our company’s future.

Responsibilities:
* Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, from sourcing to offer stage
* Collaborate with hiring managers to understand needs and define job requirements
* Source candidates using various channels and build strong talent pipelines
* Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and ensure a great candidate experience
* Maintain and update our ATS and recruitment trackers
* Support hiring across multiple departments (Product, Marketing, Operations, etc.)

Requirements:
* 3+ years of experience as a recruiter, preferably in a tech or startup environment
* Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
* Independent, proactive, and able to manage multiple roles simultaneously
* B.A in Social Sciences, Behavioural Sciences, or equivalent – required
* Fluent in English (written and spoken)
