We’re looking for a passionate and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing startup, Helfy. In this role, you’ll own end-to-end recruitment processes, partner closely with hiring managers, and play a key part in building strong, diverse teams that help shape our company’s future.
Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, from sourcing to offer stage
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand needs and define job requirements
Source candidates using various channels and build strong talent pipelines
Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and ensure a great candidate experience
Maintain and update our ATS and recruitment trackers
Support hiring across multiple departments (Product, Marketing, Operations, etc.)
Requirements:
3+ years of experience as a recruiter, preferably in a tech or startup environment
Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
Independent, proactive, and able to manage multiple roles simultaneously
B.A in Social Sciences, Behavioural Sciences, or equivalent – required
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
