About the role We are looking for a Recruiter to join our team and support hiring across the DACH region. In this role, you will manage recruitment processes end-to-end while working closely with clients and candidates in specialized fields such as IT, Engineering, and Finance. This role is suited for someone with initial experience in recruitment who enjoys working in an international, collaborative team. You will have the opportunity to take ownership of your work, build strong candidate relationships across the DACH region, and continue developing your recruitment expertise in a fully remote environment.
Your responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviews, candidate presentations and offer coordination
Identify and approach candidates through various sourcing channels
Act as a trusted advisor to hiring teams and candidates, providing guidance and market insights
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline within the DACH region
Collaborate with account management and sales teams to ensure efficient and successful placements
Continuously optimize recruitment processes and candidate experience
Your profile
Fluency in German & English is required (spoken and written)
1-2 years of experience in recruitment, ideally in a staffing or recruiting agency
Strong communication skills and ability to build trust with candidates and colleagues
Self-driven, motivated, and comfortable working in a remote environment
You are team-oriented, curious and bring a high level of self-awareness
