IT Product Support Engineer

Responsibilities/Duties:
* Understanding and getting insight into operator/enterprise strategies, business development, and operations processes related to IT.
* Familiarity with customer IT networks (Storage, server, cloud, software.), ability to perform network and business insights.
* Ability to plan for customer network upgrades or evolution, communicate with CIO and technical teams, understand customer technical requirements, and guide them.
* Completing tailored project proposals based on requirements.
* Presenting tailored solutions and providing relative technical explanations.
* Conducting technical training for internal staff.

Requirements:
* Experience in an Operator/Enterprise IT department and understanding of IT networks.
* Deep understanding of IT networks (Storage, server, cloud, software.) and industry hardware.
* Understanding of the IT market in Enterprise/Operator segments, with capabilities in market and network insight.
* Ability to independently manage sales projects.
* Understanding customer requirements, proposing products/solutions to fulfill them, and strong presentation skills.
* Good communication skills, team spirit, and strong work responsibility.
