Job title: IT Product Support Engineer (Solution Sales Manager)
Location: Tbilisi, Georgia
Responsibilities/Duties:
* Understanding and gaining insight into operator/enterprise strategies, business development, and operations processes related to the IT area.
* Familiarity with customer IT networks (Storage, server, cloud, software.) and the ability to perform network and business insights.
* Ability to plan for customer network upgrades or evolution, communicate with CIO and technical teams, understand customer technical requirements, and guide them.
* Completing tailored project proposals based on requirements.
* Presenting tailored solutions and providing relative technical explanations.
* Providing technical training for internal staff.
Requirements:
* Experience in an Operator/Enterprise IT department with an understanding of IT networks.
* Deep understanding of IT networks (Storage, server, cloud, software.) and industry hardware.
* Understanding of the IT market in Enterprise/Operator sectors, with capabilities in market and network insight.
* Ability to independently manage sales projects.
* Understanding customer requirements, outputting products/solutions to fulfill those requirements, and possessing good presentation skills.
* Good communication skills, teamwork spirit, and strong work responsibility.
* Fluent in English.
Working Conditions:
* Working schedule: Monday-Friday, 09:00 – 18:00.
* Working Place: Chavchavadze Avenue 39a, Iliyard Business Center.
