**Responsibilities:**
* Greets clients and visitors.
* Responds to employee concerns.
* Directs visitors to the appropriate person and office.
* Provides basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
* Maintains office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
* Ensures the office is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material.
* Ensures orders for supplies and equipment are placed.
* Performs other related duties as assigned.
**Requirements:**
* Good knowledge of English is mandatory.
* Proficient in using Outlook, Excel, Word, and other basic office software operating skills.
* Must be careful, serious, and responsible.
* Must have strong learning ability.
* Must have good communication and coordination skills.
* Hotel Management experience is preferred.
* Great Service skills and mindset are most required.
* Must be solution-focused, oriented towards improvement and development.
* Must be a team player with good communication skills.
**Working Conditions:**
* **Working Schedule:** Monday-Friday, 09:00 – 18:00.
* **Working Place:** Vazha-Pshavela Avenue # 71, Redix Business Center.
* **Other benefits:** Health Insurance; Communication allowance.
