**Job Description: Receptionist**
**Company:** HRRA (Human Resource Recruitment Agency)
**Assigned to:** Huawei
**Responsibilities:**
* Greet clients and visitors.
* Respond to employee concerns.
* Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
* Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email.
* Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
* Ensure the whole office is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material.
* Order supplies and equipment.
* Perform other related duties as assigned.
**Requirements:**
* Good knowledge of English is mandatory.
* Proficient in using Outlook, Excel, Word, and other basic office software operating skills.
* Ability to work carefully, seriously, and responsibly.
* Strong learning ability.
* Good communication and coordination skills.
* Hotel Management experience is preferred.
* Great Service skills and mind are most required.
* Process improvement orientation.
* Process development standards.
* Supply management skills.
* Solution-focused, oriented to improvement and development.
* Team player, easy-learner with good communication skills.
**Working Conditions:**
* **Working Schedule:** Monday-Friday, 09:00 – 18:00.
* **Working Place:** Vazha-Pshavela Avenue #71, Redix Business Center.
* **Other benefits:** Health Insurance; Communication allowance.
