At IKG, we are looking for an IT Administrator to join our Georgian office, responsible for managing information systems, hardware, software, and network configurations. In this role, you will ensure alignment with our overseas office while providing technical support to internal teams, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues. As a key liaison between users and IT management, you will play a crucial role in maintaining system efficiency and security.

Responsibilities
Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues (desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices)
Install, configure, and update operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and applications
Administer Mac and Windows MDM solutions, such as Jamf and Microsoft Intune
Administer company email accounts, software applications, and systems
Manage and maintain company equipment and technology assets
Set up, monitor, and maintain LAN/WAN, routers, switches, firewalls, wireless access points, and perform basic network configuration (VLANs, IP addressing, subnetting) under supervision
Troubleshoot connectivity and security issues, including DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, firewall rules, VPNs, and antivirus updates
Manage internal servers, including configuring and maintaining firewalls (Fortigate, Cisco), switches, and WiFi APs (Aruba, Cisco) for network security and performance
Set up and manage VPNs, VLANs, and integrate Google Secured LDAP for authentication on WiFi, Mac, and Windows

Requirements
Bachelor`s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
1-2 years experience in IT support or System Administrator for Windows and MacOS
Basic understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs)
Familiarity with network hardware (Cisco, Juniper, Ubiquiti)
Exposure to network monitoring tools (Wireshark, Nagios, PRTG)
Strong analytical and communication skills
Ability to work in a team and adapt to new technologies
Customer service mindset for end-user support
English – C1 Level
