We are looking for an experienced IT / Technical Project Manager to lead product delivery and coordinate complex technology initiatives across teams. In this role, you will manage sprint planning, release management, and cross-team collaboration to ensure timely delivery aligned with business goals.
You will work closely with Product Owners, engineers, and stakeholders to maintain product roadmaps, manage and prioritize backlogs, facilitate Agile ceremonies, track delivery progress, and mitigate risks. The role also includes maintaining Jira and Confluence project environments, supporting Agile best practices, and providing clear updates and reports to stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment throughout the development lifecycle.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Own product delivery sprint planning, release management, and cross-team coordination.
Maintain and evolve both product roadmaps with product owners and stakeholders.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Scrum/Kanban): daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, backlog refinement.
Ensure clear backlog grooming and prioritization aligned to business goals.
Track delivery metrics, manage risks/impediments, and escalate when needed.
Manage releases, dependencies, and integration across teams and third parties.
Configure and maintain Jira projects, workflows, dashboards, boards, and Confluence spaces/documentation.
Coach teams on agile best practices and continuous improvement.
Communicate status to stakeholders with concise reports, roadmap updates, and demos.
REQUIREMENTS:
4+ years of experience as a Technical/Project Manager in software product teams (or 6+ years of total IT experience).
Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), REST APIs, and cloud fundamentals (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence administration, including workflows, permissions, custom fields, automation, filters, and dashboards.
Agile practitioner with experience collaborating with Scrum Masters and Product Owners, and working within Scrum and Kanban frameworks.
Proven experience in roadmap planning and release management across two or more products.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and risk mitigation skills.
Comfortable reading technical designs and collaborating closely with engineers.
Fluency in English; Knowledge of Georgian and Russian languages will be an advantage.
Strong communicator, able to provide clear and concise updates tailored to different audiences (engineers, PMs, executives).
Decisive under uncertainty, able to make informed decisions, take ownership of outcomes, and adapt when new data emerges.
Collaborative facilitator who breaks silos, aligns stakeholders, and negotiates trade-offs effectively.
Demonstrated ability to resolve conflicts between product, engineering, and stakeholders.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or PMP.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, QA/testing practices, and feature flagging.
Data-driven: experience with delivery metrics (velocity, cycle time, lead time).
Strong ownership and IT PM skills.
