We are seeking a skilled Middle Manual Software Testing Engineer to join our dynamic and innovative software development team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software applications through manual testing processes. You will work closely with our development team to identify and report bugs, verify fixes, and help maintain high software quality standards.

**Location:** Tbilisi, Georgia

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Conduct manual testing of software applications to identify defects and inconsistencies.
* Contribute to improving the overall quality assurance process and recommend process enhancements and tools to streamline testing efforts.
* Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test cases and test plans.
* Collaborate with software developers and product managers to understand project requirements and functionality.
* Execute test cases and report defects using bug tracking tools.
* Verify bug fixes and perform regression testing.
* Participate in the design and improvement of testing processes and methodologies.
* Perform exploratory testing to discover hidden issues.
* Provide feedback and recommendations for software quality improvement.
* Document test results and maintain testing documentation.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software products.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile development environment.
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
* Proven experience as a Manual Software Testing.
* Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, techniques, and best practices.
* Experience with Test plan, Test Strategy and Test Case creation.
* Experience with API testing.
* Familiarity with bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA)
* Familiarity with Test Case management tools (e.g., Zephyr)
* Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
* Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
**Nice to Have (Plus)**
* Database testing experience
* ISTQB certification
* Experience with test automation tools and frameworks
