ILARIA is looking for a “QA Engineer” (Manual & Automation) for its partner companies – Bitanica and Fastoo.
Bitanica is a crypto exchange licensed by the National Bank of Georgia, offering users an electronic crypto wallet to securely manage their cryptocurrencies and utilize electronic crypto wallet products not available on other Georgian platforms.
Fastoo (New Payment System) is an innovative payment service provider offering modern, secure, and efficient payment solutions for businesses in Georgia and Europe. The company aims to provide merchants with simple and technologically sound services.
* **Work Format:** Full-time, On-site
* **Working Schedule:** Monday-Friday
* **Working Hours:** 10:00 – 19:00
* **Salary:** 3,000 Net GEL

**Main Responsibilities:**
**Testing of Systems and Applications**
* Functional testing of mobile applications, web platforms, and SaaS products.
* Involvement in the testing process of new features, updates, and modules.
* Performing Regression, Smoke, and Exploratory tests.
**Creating Test Plans and Scripts**
* Developing testing strategies and documenting test cases.
* Recommending automation possibilities for testing processes (Manual + Basic Automation Integration).
* Documenting results of system and segment tests.
**Analysis and Reporting of Defects**
* Registering bugs and issues, defining priorities, and communicating with the Dev team.
* Monitoring the resolution of problems identified during the testing process and providing regular status updates.
**Improving Processes and Ensuring QA Quality**
* Developing QA standards and adhering to the code of conduct.
* Continuously monitoring product quality and providing recommendations to the team.
* Implementing principles for improving user experience.
**Collaboration with Teams and Other Departments**
* Communicating with Product, Dev, and Support teams and identifying testing needs.
* Integrating the QA process into the workflows of other departments.
**Qualifications and Required Skills:**
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in QA, specifically in the Banking/FinTech/Blockchain/Payments industry.
* Knowledge of English and Russian languages.
* Experience in bug management and using testing tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, Zephyr).
* Good understanding of program operating principles and the structure of web/mobile applications.
* Ability to work independently and a high sense of responsibility.
* Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
* Interest in modern technologies.
* Proactiveness, activeness, and focus on development.
