**Role Overview**

We are looking for an experienced **Recruitment Specialist** to manage and streamline interview coordination and candidate selection for project-based consulting roles. The focus of the role is on identifying talent, conducting initial interviews, and supporting hiring decisions across our operations.

This is a remote, part-time position well suited to recruiters with strong interviewing skills and experience in professional services or international hiring environments.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Conduct structured screening interviews for project-based roles in consulting and research
* Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and internal stakeholders
* Review CVs and pre-screen applications based on clear role criteria
* Maintain candidate records and feedback notes during the evaluation process
* Assist in evaluating candidates based on role-specific competencies
* Ensure clear communication with candidates throughout the interview process

**Qualifications**

* 3+ years of experience in recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition
* Strong interviewing and interpersonal communication skills
* Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
* Organized, proactive, and able to manage candidate pipelines
* Experience working remotely or recruiting for global teams preferred
