We are seeking an experienced Data Architect to design, implement, and manage scalable data architectures and big data solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in data modeling, cloud platforms, and data governance to ensure data integrity, security, and compliance.
**The Opportunity**
* Design and implement scalable data architectures, data models, schema designs, and database optimizations.
* Work with various database management systems (RDBMS, NoSQL) and data warehousing tools (Databricks, Snowflake, Redshift).
* Leverage big data frameworks (e.g., Spark) and cloud platforms (e.g., Azure) for distributed computing and data processing.
* Develop and maintain ETL processes using cloud-based data services and tools.
* Implement and enforce data governance best practices including data lineage, quality management, and compliance.
* Ensure data security through strong understanding of encryption, protocols, and regulatory compliance standards.

**What You Need**
* 12+ years of proven experience in designing large-scale data systems.
* Proficiency in big data frameworks, cloud platforms, and ETL tools.
* Strong knowledge of data governance, security protocols, and compliance requirements.
* Must have minimum 4-5 years of experience as an architect.
* Must have experience in Databricks.

**Role Location:** Georgia
**Compensation Range:** $122,000 – $183,000
**Benefits**
Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. Benefits offerings vary in Puerto Rico.
