2. **Project Controller**
* **Overview:** Ensure financial and operational management of projects, including budget planning, cost control, resource management, and progress monitoring.
* **Main Responsibilities:** Project budget planning and control, financial reporting, cost analysis, project tracking, risk management, resource allocation coordination.
* **What You Will Learn:** Project management fundamentals (PMI standards), financial planning and budgeting, working with Excel, MS Project, ERP systems, reporting and analytics, financial control practice.
* **Who Is This Position For:** Motivated individuals, those with analytical thinking, organized people, comfortable working with numbers, seeking a career in project management.
* **Requirements:** Age 18+, English knowledge (B2 Level), Russian knowledge (advantage), strong computer skills (Excel, MS Project).

3. **Controls and Automation Engineer**
* **Overview:** Develop software, including PLC programming, control system development, and automation logic implementation.
* **Main Responsibilities:** PLC programming, automation system programming and configuration, system testing and debugging, technical documentation creation, optimization of existing systems.
* **What You Will Learn:** PLC programming (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Schneider), Ladder Logic, Structured Text, SCADA systems and HMI design, Industrial Ethernet and communication protocols, working with field devices, practice on real Amazon projects.
* **Who Is This Position For:** Motivated individuals, those interested in programming, problem-solving enthusiasts, individuals with critical thinking, seeking a career in industrial automation.
* **Requirements:** Age 18+, English knowledge (B2 Level), Russian knowledge (advantage), good programming and computer skills.

**Training Program Details:**
* The basic self-study program is unpaid.
* Paid employment begins only after successful completion of the basic training.
* **Qualification Levels:**
* Level 1 — Successful completion of online (max 12 weeks) and offline (max 12 weeks) program.
* **Salary Structure:**
* Level 1 — 4800 GEL
* Level 2 — 6350 GEL
* Level 3 — 8550 GEL
* Level 4 — 11,115 GEL
* Level 5 — 14,450 GEL
* Failure to demonstrate expected progress may result in discontinuation of participation and employment.
