**Role Description**
This is a full-time **on-site** role for an **Cyber Security Tools Engineering Lead** at ISSP.
The Engineering Lead will oversee the delivery and support of security tool solutions. This role combines hands-on engineering, project management, team leadership, and pre-sales support. The team focused on deploying, supporting, and improving tools such as PAM, SIEM, EDR, IPS and Anti-Fraud systems, while ensuring high-quality delivery and strong customer engagement.
**Engineering & Delivery**
* Actively contribute as a senior engineer within assigned projects.
* Ensure project delivery aligns with contractual obligations and internal quality standards.
* Track and manage project progress, issues, costs, and performance metrics (e.g., ESD Card).
* Communicate directly with customers to ensure transparency and satisfaction.
**Team Leadership**
* Lead and manage all engineering projects.
* Oversee training, development, and performance of team members.
* Supervise resources and ensure team members are consistently engaged with meaningful work.
**Pre-Sales & Solution Design**
* Support pre-sales activities by presenting and qualifying technical solutions.
* Estimate costs and resources required for proposals.
* Collaborate with sales and vendors solution architects to ensure feasibility and alignment with client needs.
**Security Tool Expertise (e.g., SIEM, PAM, EDR, IPS, ANTIFRAUD).**
* Lead deployment of security tools: identify needs, evaluate solutions, conduct PoCs, and configure use cases.
* Provide ongoing support for deployed tools, both technical and use-case related.
* Audit and improve customer security solutions.
* Occasionally manage outsourced implementations of security tools.
**Qualifications**
* Proven experience in engineering or infrastructure roles, preferably with leadership responsibilities.
* Understanding of security technologies.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills **in ENGLISH and GEORGIAN**.
* Ability to design and present technical solutions in pre-sales contexts.
* **Strong reporting skills** – able to produce clear, structured, and insightful reports for internal tracking and customer communication.
