This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead mobile engineering initiatives for high-quality iOS and Android applications in a dynamic, fast-growing environment. You will drive both hands-on development and strategic innovation, including pioneering the integration of generative AI technologies into mobile experiences. The position combines technical execution with thought leadership, allowing you to influence architecture, mentor teammates, and shape the mobile roadmap. Accountabilities:
* Design, develop, and maintain mobile applications across iOS and Android platforms, ensuring high-quality performance and reliability.
* Collaborate with product and design teams to architect innovative features that align with user needs and business objectives.
* Research, experiment, and integrate generative AI technologies to enhance mobile app functionality and user engagement.
* Mentor and provide guidance to mobile engineers, promoting best practices in development and AI integration.
* Participate in technical architecture decisions, code reviews, and establish standards for scalable and maintainable solutions.
* Stay current with mobile development trends and emerging technologies, proactively identifying opportunities and potential risks.

Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
* 5+ years of professional mobile development experience with strong proficiency in both iOS (Swift/SwiftUI) and Android (Kotlin).
* Proven track record of shipping high-quality mobile applications to production.
* Strong understanding of mobile architecture patterns, performance optimization, and platform-specific guidelines.
* Experience leveraging AI capabilities to accelerate mobile development.
* Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
* Self-motivated and effective in a remote-first, collaborative environment.
* Preferred: Hands-on experience with generative AI platforms, cross-platform frameworks (Flutter, React Native, Kotlin Multiplatform), backend development, APIs, cloud services, A/B testing, and app deployment processes.
