You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex requirements into high-quality solutions. **Accountabilities:**
* Lead the design, development, and maintenance of new products and features across web and mobile platforms.
* Collaborate with product, design, and engineering leadership to define technical requirements, architecture, and user experience strategies.
* Own projects end-to-end, from requirements gathering to technical design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
* Set high technical standards, ensuring robust, scalable, and maintainable solutions.
* Mentor and guide engineers, providing feedback on system architecture, API design, and best practices.
* Promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, sharing knowledge and elevating team capabilities.
**Requirements:**
* 7+ years of experience building rich, user-centric applications for web and/or mobile platforms.
* Strong expertise in React and/or React Native, including deep understanding of associated ecosystems and libraries.
* Excellent design sensibility and attention to detail, with a passion for creating visually compelling interfaces.
* Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions.
* Strong ownership mentality with the ability to drive projects independently from start to finish.
* Demonstrated experience mentoring engineers and promoting technical growth.
