The role
As JobHire continues to scale, we need a savvy, freelance/part-time (3 hours/day; 15 hours/week) talent pro to power our hiring engine. You’ll split your time between hunting for great candidates (sourcing) and keeping our recruitment tools running smoothly (ATS administration), etc. This is a hands-on, high-impact role perfect for someone who loves the thrill of the hunt and enjoys creating perfect systems. Key Responsibilities (3 Hours/day)
Smart Sourcing & Pipeline Building
Use hunting techniques, LinkedIn search, boolean search, niche and creative strategies to find and engage passive candidates for 3-5 priority roles
Send personalized, compelling outreach (LinkedIn, email) to build a steady flow of qualified applicants
Maintain a clean, updated talent pipeline in our ATS for current and future needs
Provide daily and weekly reporting (candidates found, response rates, etc)
ATS Administration & Talent Support
Act as the go-to ATS assistant (Workable)—ensure job posts are live, stages are updated, and data is clean
Post, update, refresh, archieve, etc our jobs/vacancies, integrating ScoreCards, screening questions, etc
Audit and tidy vacancies and candidates data—merge duplicates, update statuses, archive old data
Assist with scheduling coordination and candidate follow-ups as needed and other talent tasks
Assist with conducting the surveys, reference check, etc
Requirements
must have:
1+ year of global recruitment/sourcing experience in an agency, startup – fast-paced environment
Fluent English and Russian
Hands-on experience with a major ATS (Workable or similar)—you know how to move candidates, run reports, and spot data issues
Proven sourcing skills—you can find people others can’t, using creative techniques
Self-starter mindset—you manage your time effectively in a remote, part-time role
