**About the Role:**
We are seeking a results-driven Project Lead with expert-level knowledge of traffic regulations to spearhead the content development of a large-scale educational platform. This is an on-site, full-time position in Tbilisi. The successful candidate will be responsible for translating legal frameworks into a high-performance learning system, managing the project lifecycle from syllabus design to final QA.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* **Curriculum Architecture:** Development of a comprehensive, logic-based syllabus for driver education.
* **Content Production:** Creating professional instructional visuals and wireframes using **Canva**.
* **Logical Task Mapping:** Designing a sequence of 3-5 preliminary tasks for every exam question to ensure conceptual understanding.
* **Technical Lead:** Formulating precise technical requirements (PRDs) for developers and UI/UX designers.
* **Regulatory Compliance:** Ensuring all platform data is 100% compliant with national traffic laws and updates.
* **Testing & Optimization:** Systematic testing of user flows, identifying logic bottlenecks, and implementing rapid iterations.
**Required Qualifications:**
* **Legal Expertise:** Professional mastery of national traffic laws and licensing requirements.
* **Instructional Design:** Proven track record in syllabus construction or educational product management.
* **Software Proficiency:** Advanced skills in **Canva** and project management tools.
* **Experience:** Minimum 2 years in a leadership or project management role within a product-oriented environment.
* **Analytical Rigor:** Ability to deconstruct complex legal language into simplified, interactive logic.
