We are looking for a motivated QA Engineer to join our team. You’ll be responsible for executing manual tests, developing test cases and contributing to our quality assurance processes. This is a great opportunity to work on high-quality products, learn about automation, and make a real impact!
**What You’ll Do**
* Design, create, and execute detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases for new and existing features.
* Conduct thorough manual testing, including functional, regression, integration, and user interface testing across our digital products.
* Test and validate API endpoints to ensure data integrity, performance, and reliability using tools like Postman.
* Identify, record, and track bugs to resolution using Jira, providing clear and actionable reports for our developers.
* Define quality metrics together with product management and implement measurements to determine test effectiveness, testing efficiency and ensure the overall quality of the product.
* Actively contribute to the ongoing improvement of our QA processes, tools, and methodologies.
**What We’re Looking For**
* 1+ years of hands-on experience in a software quality assurance role.
* Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
* Understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and best practices.
* Experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman) and familiarity with REST APIs are essential.
* Knowledge of HTML and the browser developer console.
* A detail-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced team environment.
**Bonus Points**
* Familiarity with automated testing frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, webdriverio).
* Experience in database testing, including writing complex SQL queries and validating data transformations.
