We’re looking for a Senior Backend Engineer
Our Backend Stacks
PHP (Laravel core, Octane / long-living workers)
PostgreSQL, Redis
Elasticsearch / OpenSearch
ClickHouse (analytics, learning & evolving)
Small Go service for high-concurrency background work
Cloud, CDN, object storage – tested and evolved continuously
What You’ll Do
Design and optimize high-throughput backend systems
Work with long-running processes and async execution
Optimize memory, CPU, and I/O in real production workloads
Participate in architectural decisions (including research toward HyPerf / Swoole-based PHP)
Think beyond code: request flow, back-pressure, failure modes
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of experience in backend development
Strong PHP + Laravel experience
Proven work on high-load systems
Solid PostgreSQL & Redis knowledge
Elasticsearch experience beyond basic CRUD
Systems & performance mindset
Startup ownership mentality (when it breaks, we fix it)
Languages: Fluency in both Georgian and English (written and verbal).
Bonus Points
Go experience
Async PHP (Swoole / HyPerf / RoadRunner)
ClickHouse or high-volume analytics pipelines
Broad DevOps / infrastructure understanding
