**Job Description:**
Language Bear is seeking a highly enthusiastic and responsible Talent Acquisition Specialist for a fully remote role, targeting the Georgian labor market exclusively. The company is a 10-year-old content writing and translation company headquartered in Plovdiv, Bulgaria, with offices in the US and Georgia, supporting over 2000 linguists worldwide.
**Responsibilities:**
* Support the company’s recruitment strategy and create/streamline sourcing and recruitment processes in cooperation with the Talent Acquisition Department.
* Actively use digital channels for sourcing freelance linguists globally (100+ countries).
* Craft creative messages and job offers to attract top talent.
* Execute comprehensive, international recruitment campaigns and manage all related activities.
* Lead initial candidate screening and verify their writing or translation rates.
* Ensure candidates are native and proficient in the required language, requesting additional documentation as needed.
* Perform administrative tasks and maintain documents related to sourcing and recruitment.
* Collaborate with the Project Management team to ensure recruitment efforts positively impact their challenges.
**Requirements:**
* Mandatory experience in local and/or international recruitment for a digital company (1-2 years).
* Fluency in English is a must.
* Proven track record of success in scaling teams and companies.
* Ability to identify and utilize various digital channels for sourcing candidates in unknown countries.
* Strong multicultural communication skills to engage with people from over 100 nationalities.
* Ability to correctly assess candidates remotely via video calls.
* Ability to work in a time-critical environment.
* Solid organizational skills with attention to detail.
* Proficiency in any second language is a plus.
