Language Bear is a 10-year-old content writing and translation company headquartered in Plovdiv, Bulgaria with secondary offices in the United States and Georgia. Supported by over 2000 linguists based all over the world, we offer 100+ languages and work with clients from various industries. Our services help digital businesses to improve their SEO rankings, bring organic traffic to their website and reach new markets in new languages.
We are looking for a highly enthusiastic and responsible Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us with the sourcing and recruitment of freelance content writers, translators and editors (freelance linguists) for all the 100+ languages we support.
Your role:
This is an exciting and entirely remote role targeting the Georgian labor (Tbilisi, Batumi, Kutaisi, Rustavi, etc.) market exclusively.
You will be supporting the recruitment strategy of the company and you will be given the responsibility to create and streamline all sourcing and recruitment processes in cooperation with colleagues from the Talent Acquisition Department.
This is not the usual recruitment job and we need someone with ambition, a hands-on attitude and an entrepreneurial spirit.
Main responsibilities:
* Actively use digital channels for the sourcing of freelance linguists worldwide (100+ countries);
* Craft creative messages and job offers to attract top talent;
* Execute comprehensive, international recruitment campaigns and manage all activities related to them;
* Lead the initial screening of the candidates and verify their writing or translation rates before pushing them further in the process;
* Make sure that each candidate is native and a proficient user in the certain language and if needed request additional documents to support this;
* Perform administrative tasks and maintain documents related to the sourcing and recruitment processes;
* Be in synergy with the Project Management team and make sure your efforts have a direct and positive effect on the issues and challenges they face;
Requirements:
* Experience in local and/or international recruitment for a digital company is mandatory (1-2 years);
* Fluency in English is a must;
* Track record of success in scaling teams and companies;
* Ability to quickly identify and utilize various digital channels for sourcing of candidates in an unknown country;
* Multicultural communicator who can speak efficiently with people from 100+ nationalities;
* Ability to correctly assess a candidate remotely in a video call;
* Ability to work in a time-critical environment;
* Solid organizational skills including attention to detail;
* Any second language is a plus;
